Project Management & Construction

We handle all aspects of the renovation and act as the main point of contact for all subcontractors, vendors, and city inspectors. All projects are carefully overseen by James Cook (owner). Budget updates for the renovation are provided monthly, and approvals are required on any increased costs.

Project Completion & Final Walkthrough

A few days before you regain possession of your home, we will conduct a detailed walkthrough to address any minor issues and answer any questions that you have. You’ll also receive and sign all final documentation so you can start living in your newly renovated space.
